WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of the artworks, all sales are final. I will offer a repair/replacement on pieces when possible for damaged goods during shipping. Returns, refunds, or replacement artworks for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted. Please inspect your order carefully. All sculptures are thoroughly checked before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible piece. If there is damage during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase. If the work is damaged in transit, please be prepared to send photos of the damage.

Email me at bydanlam@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order if there is a discrepancy with your shipment. Orders received after 3 days will not be considered.

WHEN WILL MY PIECE SHIP?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and handling.

-

WHEN WILL MY PIECE ARRIVE?

Once shipped please check your tracking for the most accurate times. Shipping times may vary.

-

WHAT WILL THE PACKAGING LOOK LIKE?

Your piece will arrive in a discreet box. Please note that I try to be as sustainable as possible and you may find reused packing materials inside. If they are still reusable, I recommend keeping them and reusing them for future shipping needs.

-

HOW SHOULD I DISPLAY MY DRIP?

They can sit pretty much anywhere there's a ledge. Please avoid direct sunlight and heat. Placing a little double-sided sticky material (like tapetack, or museum wax) on the bottom to secure the piece is also recommended to avoid accidental knocks and falls.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MINI?

I use a paintbrush to brush it off for simple cleaning like dust. Anything more heavy-duty, or if you need repairs/touch-ups, please send me an email. The pieces are lighter than most people expect, but they are made to be strong and last many lifetimes. As with all artwork, handle with care. Please do not place it in direct sunlight or heat.

If you have chrome, iridescent, or matte minis, the piece may have some excess pigment. This will come off with dusting and will not damage the work.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PHONE SCULPTURE?

Each phone case is handmade and an original piece of art. You may find imperfections, which is a sign of their unique nature. They will show some damage if frequently dropped or constantly exposed to abrasive surfaces. When using your phone, place it screen side down to avoid abrasive surfaces on the drip texture. To prolong the life of your unique, functional piece of art, consider using it for special occasions instead of everyday carry.

-

MY PHONE SCULPTURE IS STIFF. WHAT CAN I DO?

The buttons may feel stiff - push them in before putting your case on your phone to loosen them up. When putting your case on, you may hear a "crack", this is normal! The stiffness is due to the materials but will lessen over time. If the case seems extra stiff due to cold temps, you can give it a couple quick passes of heat from a blow dryer before putting it on your phone.
